Paarth Neekhara

Paarth is the Chief Performance & Technology Officer at BlueWater and has been leading the development of BOSS since 2015. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing algorithms for weather routing, optimization and vessel modelling. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Machine Learning from University of California San Diego.

Seema Gupta

Mrs. Gupta is tasked with managing the corporate finance department, overseeing all activities related to accounts and ensuring proper execution of functions to ensure financial transparency across the business. She is also looking after the welfare services for the company’s employees, including medical facilities, good working environment, opportunities for succession planning and OD intervention.

Ankit Saxena

Mr. Ankit Saxena is a technologist, with 10+ years of experience in architecting & developing various software stacks. As a technology leader, his primary role is leading the IT team for designing and developing large scale data dependent maritime applications. His responsibilities also include defining product strategy and technology roadmap, establishing operational excellence processes, success metrics and delivering highly complex software products under tight timelines and with limited resources.

Anurag Tiwari

With nearly 15 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning & Client Servicing in a managerial capacity, Mr. Anurag is responsible for administration and handling daily operations simultaneously attaining the pre-designated business targets along with providing direction, guidance and mentoring support to the team.

Sandeep Mookerjee

Mr. Sandeep’s job includes intelligent resource management – create balance between available resources (human, machinery, financial) and the needs of the company, in order to achieve established goals.

Vikas Rawat

Mr. Vikas is leading the company’s flagship service – BOSS (BlueWater Optimum Speed Service). He is also monitoring BOSS team to execute operations plan and meet performance benchmark in a most effective and efficient manner.
